The adults-only TRS Cap Cana Waterfront & Marina Hotel has officially ceased operations, Caribbean Journal has learned.
Palladium Hotel Group, which operated the luxury all-inclusive property in Cap Cana, confirmed that April 30 was the final night of guest stays at the resort. The closure comes as part of a broader business transaction, the company said.
While details of the transaction were not disclosed, Palladium emphasized its continued commitment to the TRS Hotels brand and confirmed that all existing reservations will be honored at a sister property in Punta Cana.
Guests with upcoming bookings at TRS Cap Cana are being relocated to the TRS Turquesa Hotel in Playa Bávaro, a beachfront, adults-only, all-inclusive resort under the same brand umbrella. The resort features the acclaimed Chic Cabaret & Restaurant, multiple à la carte dining options, a full-service spa, and a fitness center.
Palladium Hotel Group said it was offering personalized assistance to ensure a smooth transition for affected guests.
The company reiterated its appreciation for guests’ loyalty and said it looks forward to welcoming travelers to the TRS Turquesa Hotel.
